These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between the user (“you,” “user”) and Alertrader(“we,” “our,” “us”), the providers of the trading signals app for Forex, cryptocurrencies, and stocks (“the App”).

1. Description of the Service

The user agrees not to:

3. Disclaimer of Liability

a. Risks of Forex, Cryptocurrency, and Stock Trading

Trading in financial markets, including Forex, cryptocurrencies, and stocks, involves high risk of loss. The signals provided by the App are merely recommendations based on technical analysis and past trends, and do not guarantee future results. The value of financial assets can fluctuate rapidly, and trading in these markets can lead to significant losses.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, data, or any other financial loss resulting from the use of the App or trading signals.
